You may be asked to fill in a Complete Health Appraisal prior to your visit.

This can be done by visiting www.metagenics.com.au/haq/ .

Once on this page, please submit my Practitioner Number i.e. 39812 and answer each of the questions. Some of the questions may appear repetitive, however they each relate to different functions of the body, so be sure to answer each question.

Your Initial consultation

The Initial Consultation normally takes around 1 hour. The consultation package includes numerous tests including urinalysis, Urinary Indicans (gut toxicity), Zinc Tally, pH test, Cellular Health Analysis, Iridology, blood pressure, nail analysis and general examination. Also included in the package is a written Report of Findings that is sent to you following your consultation. The price of the package is $207 and represents a saving of around $50.

Follow Up Consultation

The follow up consultation fee is $59 to $69 depending on the length of the consultation.

Cancellation Policy

Failure to turn up for an appointment will incur a cancellation fee which is 50% of your consultation fee. This policy has been introduced to ensure that valuable consultation time is not wasted when other patients could have been seen at that time. 24hrs notice of your inability to attend the clinic would be appreciated. If for some reason I am unable to see you on your day of consultation and you have not been given prior notice of the need to move your appointment time, your next consultation will be free.

Do I Need a Follow Up Consultation?

Yes, Follow Up Consultations are always recommended as the Initial Consultation aims to address your symptoms.

Products and dosages are frequently changed on your Follow Up Consultation and at this stage we often look closer at rectifying the actual cause of your ill health. If you live out of Darwin and do not come in frequently, a phone consultation may be arranged.

What is the Difference Between Symptomatic Care, Corrective Care and Wellness Care?

Symptomatic Care aims to give you quick resolution of your problems.

Corrective Care is aimed at correcting the dietary and nutritional imbalances which are contributing to your health issues.

Wellness Care goes one step further and is based on extensive blood and urine testing. We use the Queen Profile, which reveals a huge amount of information and subsequently allows a very specific program to be developed for you. It allows me to gain a great understanding of what is going wrong in the body and what steps we need to take to prevent ill health. For those people with chronic ill health problems or those people who are devoted to their health care and preventing premature ageing, this is a must do program.

Am I Able to Claim My Consultations on Private Health Insurance ?

Yes, I am a recognized Naturopathic Practitioner and you are subsequently able to claim for your consultation.

Do You Have EFTPOS Facilities?

Yes, EFTPOS is available for Mastercard and Visa card holders.

Is Parking Available?

There is generally plenty of parking at the front of the Evolution Building on Knuckey St.

There are also a few parks under the building (next to the office)
